Poor and incompetent service. They didn't even look at the car, saying they had insufficient staff. The problem with the turbocharger could have been solved within minutes.

Extremely disappointed with Ford Thillois. A customer for over 40 years, I took my car in for its annual service and mentioned that the stop-start system wasn't working. They told me the battery needed replacing (presumably the cause of the problem), and I trusted them. Then, after spending over €1000 on the service and battery replacement, two months later the stop-start system still wasn't working (they told me it needed time for the battery to charge (???)). I returned in December 2025 to report that it still wasn't working. The response: "It's cold, that's normal, and it's also normal in the summer, it's too hot." I received terrible treatment. The car is too old, a 2017 model, and needs to be replaced!! (the technical manager's response). He even asked me why I wanted to use the stop-start system. Avoid this dealership at all costs!!!!!
