Hello,
I had an appointment today (October 24th) at 8:00 a.m. to drop off my company vehicle for a service. I arrived slightly before 8:00 a.m. and received a warm welcome from a receptionist at the entrance. Things went awry afterward when Mr. Benoit Pannetier took 50 minutes to register my application. He told me he was alone due to his colleague's vacation, so it was taking longer. I sympathized and postponed my first morning meetings.
That evening, when I picked up the vehicle, I filled up the car about 20 km from the dealership, and Mr. Pannetier asked me for 5 euros because there wasn't exactly a full tank of gas.
After frequenting Renault and Toyota dealerships, this was the first time I'd been asked for such a small amount. I've always received a goodwill gesture that has encouraged my loyalty to dealerships.
I sincerely hope that Mercedes doesn't force its service advisors to count every penny and that this lack of customer service is truly a personal matter for Mr. Pannetier.
If the management of the Valenton dealership contacts me to at least apologize, I will be sure to share their concerns. However, as of now, I do not recommend this SAGA Mercedes Benz Valenton dealership, which is not customer-oriented.
