I highly recommend this garage. It's easy to book an appointment, and the team is dynamic and professional. There were no unpleasant surprises when I picked up my vehicle. A very good experience. I will be having my vehicles serviced there from now on.

The mechanic forgot a clamp in the engine, which caused the oil cooler to break. The garage assured them that once the repair was done, there would be no problem. 18 months later, the engine gave up the ghost. For a Scénic 3 dci that had 62,000 km and was well maintained, this was a very unfortunate coincidence. Everyone knows how unreliable this model is. I'll let you be the judge, however, if the garage disputes this, I have receipts.

Changing 4 tires, but at what cost...
We purchased and have always had my wife's Renault Modus serviced by your dealership (formerly a Renault dealership), now a multi-brand dealership, a subsidiary of the Renault group.
The appointment was made, the welcome was excellent, the courtesy car was provided, and a 10% discount on your Motrio tires was a welcome gesture.
The end result was a hefty bill... You're 25% more expensive than your competitors!
When I compared your rates with those of other local professionals, including the local dealership (online quote), I was surprised to find that for the same amount of money I could equip our vehicle with 4 all-season tires manufactured by major brands.
It's not the end of the world, but the next time my tires don't need changing, I'll come see you ;-)
