Motorcycle purchased on consignment, certified as having been serviced only by the store.
Impossible to ride once I got it home; after two attempts and 30 minutes of riding, it simply wouldn't run. The motorcycle wouldn't start; it backfired and flooded.
I took it to a dealership near my home to have them diagnose the problem. In the end, they said the piston and cylinder needed replacing because the cylinder sealant was gone.
The store claims it's my fault and that the motorcycle wasn't like this when they sold it to me.
You be the judge; I'll never go back there.

I spoke to the shop team on the phone about buying a 250 KXX and trading in my current enduro bike, a 2022 Sherco 250 SE.
I sent them detailed photos of the bike, including the hours, and they offered me between €5,300 and €5,600. €5,600 was a great deal, so I accepted! I asked them for a photo of the bike's hours and diagnostics to finalize the purchase and to arrange for me to pick it up (a 3-hour drive).
Four days and several follow-ups later, nothing.
I sent them two new photos of my bike, ready for trade, on Leboncoin (a French classifieds website), and they politely replied with "€5,000"... After another phone call, they offered me more than €5,000 for my bike.
Well done on your professionalism, gentlemen! I won't hesitate to share my experience with your shop with as many of my enduro riding friends as possible! ✌️
