A standard car repair. They are well located, near commercial centre to wait during operations.

My appointment for the towbar installation went very well. The welcome was pleasant, and I had a chat with the mechanic at the end to explain how it works and answer any questions. Excellent value for money considering the amount of work involved in the installation!
Very satisfied.

I waited several weeks before posting this review to gain some perspective, but my experience at this establishment was deeply disappointing.
From the moment I booked the appointment, the lack of professionalism was blatant: no questions were asked about my vehicle, even though I had brought the re-inspection certificate from the MOT. All I was given was a phone number and a given time. Two weeks later, on the day of my appointment, I was told it was actually an hour later (strange, since I had carefully noted the time I was given). So I waited an extra hour in the parking lot.
When I returned, another person told me the appointment was "greyed out" in their system, so not actually recorded, but agreed to take my information anyway. It was at this point, for the first time since booking, that I was asked the make and model of my car and if my headlights were xenon. I said I thought they were, but that it would be helpful if they could check. After a mechanic checked: yes, they are.
As a result, after waiting for over an hour, I was told in a completely nonchalant tone that my vehicle couldn't be serviced because of the xenon headlights. The problem: at no point during the appointment was I asked about this, nor was it specified that they weren't equipped to handle this type of headlight.
What followed was a childish exchange aimed solely at determining who had made the appointment, without ever acknowledging the mistake. The final response: "Complain to him." Exemplary professionalism...
They finally agreed to adjust my headlights "manually" and offered me the service for free, probably to soften the blow and avoid any issues since I was there for a vehicle inspection. Spoiler alert: the car failed the re-inspection.
While I waited, I also witnessed a surreal scene: the same person who couldn't manage appointments properly started yelling at their mechanics about "targets to be met." Before yelling at your staff, perhaps you should start by properly informing your customers. It's worth noting, however, that the mechanic insisted on trying to adjust my headlights, even though they initially refused any work. Thank you to him for trying to salvage the situation. I'm only giving two stars because he made the effort to care about customer satisfaction, unlike the staff who sit comfortably all day and then have the nerve to yell at those who actually keep the business running. Given the way staff and customers are treated, I will never set foot in this establishment again, not even to buy windshield wipers.

Troubleshooting without an appointment for tire changes following a nail in the tire, at the end of the day. Very friendly welcome. Exemplary service.
